The Fountain INITIATIVES

Black Hills INITIATIVES: The Oglala Sioux Gardens on
Pine Ridge (
Slim Buttes Agriculture Program)

Run by Milo Yellow Hair, The Fountain’s donation was matched by the International Flow Fund for a total of $10,000 gifted.
These gardens feed many in this time when food sovereignty is becoming more and more important to all. The good work Milo and his family do has helped organic
gardens spread throughout the reservation. For 2026, the goal is to double this gift to the Garden Project.
