Grandmother Jyoti Ma is an internationally renowned spiritual teacher, grandmother vision keeper and one of my deepest inspirations. I first discovered her through the International Council of 13 Indigenous Grandmothers, whom she was instrumental in helping to convene, as you will hear in the episode. You and I are very blessed to have this time with her. Grab a cup of tea, open the ears of your deeper heart, and soak in the medicine of Grandmother Jyoti Ma as shares with us:
The prophecy shared by the Kaggaba Nation in 2013 that can prepare and instruct us on how to be with these times.
The need to return to original principles based on reciprocity and collaboration guided by Nature and the Sacred.
How it is that we can truly listen to what the Mother is asking of us; how She is an alchemist and that timing is everything.
The importance of embracing the present moment.
How there’s a grandmother that dreamt this world and is dreaming us, and it’s this grandmother we need to have homage to and patience for.
How we are each made to be uniquely who we are in the herbal garden of life.
Grandmother Jyoti Ma has cultivated projects that demonstrate ways of life that honor the Earth and all Peoples. As the Grandmother Vision Keeper of the Center for Sacred Studies, she co-founded Kayumari with spiritual communities both in America and Europe. Other projects she has helped to convene are the International Council of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers and the Unity Concert. She is the founder of The Fountain (https://thefountain.earth) Its mission is to restore an economic model that is based on reciprocity and collaboration guided by Nature and the Sacred. She serves as a delegate of the Mother Earth Delegation of United Original Nations. And it is through this current work in collaboration with the Fountain that a global Sacred Territories Initiative is evolving to protect Mother Earth’s sacred sites and Her Original Peoples. Jyoti has devoted her life to bringing unity to the planet by facilitating the development of alliances between individuals who are the guardians of indigenous culture and traditional medicine ways. Through this work, collaborative relationships with organizations that are focused on economic, social, and environmental solutions have developed, creatively addressing the global challenges of our times.

Jyoti Ma: Mother Earth’s Ascension & The Return to Unity Consciousness (Ep. 35)
Dear Ones,
I recently had a heart-opening conversation on the Pachamama School Podcast with Xochitl Ashe, a dear sister I’ve walked alongside for over 20 years. We sat together to talk about this profound moment we’re all living in—what the prophecies have been saying about 2026, and how we can stay centered and clear as “the ending falls into the beginning.”
If you’ve been feeling the intensity of these times and seeking ancient wisdom to help navigate the uncertainty, this conversation might offer some medicine. We explored the 13-year Great Cleanse we’re completing, Mother Earth’s ascension into heart consciousness, and practical tools for reconnecting with nature as our primary teacher.
I also shared the “Divine Mother” mantra and the morning water prayer practice that has sustained me through so many moments of challenge and transformation.
Xochitl holds such beautiful sacred space for these conversations, and I’m grateful she invited me to share what the elders have entrusted to us for this turning time.
Remember: We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. And aren’t we the lucky ones?
With great love and gratitude,
Jyoti Ma
P.S. At the end of our conversation, I share a simple morning practice with water that takes just 5 minutes. It’s a beautiful way to meet each new dawn. I hope you’ll try it with me.
This concert was the culmination of a one-day gathering celebrating our unity in diversity through music, poetry, ritual, and wisdom. Together, we created a space of healing, remembrance, and belonging at a time when the world needs it most.
I felt deeply honored to stand alongside an extraordinary circle of artists, wisdom keepers, and visionaries who are offering their gifts in this one-day experience. This is more than an event, it’s the beginning of a movement.
